This website and its shop are run by Mircea Sorin Albuțiu, who is responsible for your personal data. For any question or request about it, email mirceaalbutiu@gmail.com.

Visiting the site

There are no analytics, ads or tracking, and visitors get no cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage), and is only read to show it to you and to place your order.

When you order

We ask for your name, email, phone number and shipping address, and you can add a note. Together with what you ordered, we use them to:

• send your order and contact you about it (the phone number is for the carrier, if it needs to reach you)
• handle cancellations, returns and refunds
• keep the records tax law requires

We need this data to carry out your order, and the law requires us to keep the accounting records. We never use it for marketing, and we don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run the shop, each for its own part:

• Stripe, for payments. You enter your card details on Stripe's page, so we never see them. Stripe handles your payment data as described in its privacy policy.
• The postal service or courier delivering your parcel: your name and address, and where needed your phone number or email.
• Hetzner, which hosts the website, its database and its images in the EU.

Some of these companies are based in, or may transfer data to, the United States. They do so with the safeguards European law requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we have about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to get a copy to take elsewhere. Email mirceaalbutiu@gmail.com. Some data must be kept for the period the law requires, even if you ask us to delete it.

If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
