Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If it arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

1. Tell us. Email mirceaalbutiu@gmail.com with your order number, saying that you want to cancel. You can use the form below, but you don't have to. It's enough to send your message before the 14 days are up.

2. Send the books back within 14 days of telling us. We'll reply with the return address.

• You pay the cost of sending them back. Pack them well and keep the proof of postage.
• You're responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the books more than you'd need to look them over, as you would in a bookshop.

3. Get your money back. We refund everything you paid, including shipping, within 14 days of receiving your message. We may wait until the books are back with us, or until you've shown us proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. If you chose a faster shipping option, we refund shipping up to the price of the cheapest one. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, at no cost to you.

If your order hasn't been sent yet, just email us: we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Damaged, faulty or wrong books

If a book arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't what you ordered, email mirceaalbutiu@gmail.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We'll send a replacement, or refund you if we can't, and we pay any return postage.

This doesn't limit your legal rights: by law, goods sold to consumers in Portugal are guaranteed against defects for 3 years from delivery.

If something isn't right, please email us first at mirceaalbutiu@gmail.com. We'll do our best to sort it out.
